Ticket Purchase and Exchange Policy:

All theatre ticket sales are final. No refunds are available. However, returned tickets may qualify as a tax-deductible donation if the box office is notified at least one hour prior to curtain. Tickets purchased at full price will not be refunded or exchanged in the event of special offers or discounts for similar tickets.

Purchased tickets may be exchanged for a different performance or date, but exchange must be made at least 24 hours in advance of originally scheduled performance. Tickets purchased the day of a performance, or within the 24-hour period are not available for exchange. Exchanges can only be made for performances within current season. All exchanges must be made via the box office, in person or by phone, at (970) 627-3421.

All tickets purchased from Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre (online, in person, or via phone) are Will Call, and are available for pick up in our box office at 800 Grand Avenue, Grand Lake, CO 80447. Tickets will not be mailed or sent electronically.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover and American Express for online purchases.

Gift Certificates are not tickets, and must be redeemed for seat reservations. Please visit the box office or call (970) 627-3421 to ensure seating.

Wait List Policy:

In the event of a sold out show, a wait list will be initiated at the start of Will Call on the date of the show.  Names will be taken for those in person, at the Box Office window only.  Phone in’s will not be accepted.  Once on the list, you are not required to wait.  If tickets come available, they will be offered per wait list order, at the Box Office, 15 minutes prior to show time.

Group Ticket Policy:

Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre offers a special ticket discount of 10% for groups of 15 or more attending the same performance.  This offer is available through the Box Office only — it is not available for online purchases.  The tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.  All theatre ticket sales are final, there are no refunds available.  The group may exchange the block of tickets for a different performance or date, but an exchange must be made at least one week in advance of the originally scheduled performance.
