An Opportunity to Build For the Future!

“Raise the Roof” is an active capital campaign raising money for our new housing units for our professional company members.

Munn Architecture has designed two modular, two-story housing units for our Off-Broadway property. Each building will house 12 company members, providing private bedrooms with shared kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. The units have been constructed off-site and are scheduled to arrive in Grand Lake in November 2022 and be ready for occupancy for our 2023 season.

In 2022, we successfully raised over half of our fundraising goal, but we will need to continue the fundraising effort until we have the “Raise the Roof” project completely funded.

Contributions are now being gratefully accepted in any amount to go toward our “Raise the Roof” campaign.

Our campaign goal is to raise an estimated $4,100,000.
